The staff was caring and attentive, the location was great with easy access to the bus stop, local restaurants, and the bus and train terminal, and it was also conveniently close to the ski lifts.

Fairly clean cheap hotel with fantastic staff. Location not far from the Gondola, and the many restaurants near Hakuba Train Station. Totally fantastic stay for 6 nights for a snow trip.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the beautiful mountains. The location was amazing - close to everything yet away from the noise. I loved that I could easily walk to the Happo One lift and explore downtown. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The basic amenities in the rooms were great, especially the lockers for all my equipment. And the breakfast spread had something for everyone, with great views to enjoy while eating.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were top-notch with a well-equipped room, coin laundry facilities, and discount lift tickets. We loved the happy hour with large bottles of beer at a reasonable price, along with fun activities like mochi pounding. The hotel's location was extremely close to the slopes, making it easy for us to enjoy skiing every day.

The location is unbeatable, close to everything - just a short walk to the Nakiyama ski lift and within easy walking distance to both the Happo One lift and downtown. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities, such as the rooms for all equipment and individual aircon, are a plus. The breakfast offers a variety of options for all tastes, except for the eggs to order, and is included in the price.
